New to all this

3 Feb

Well, I’ve done it. I have succumbed. It was bound to happen. As a self-confessed Twitter addict I was increasingly finding that 140 characters weren’t enough to satisfy my craving to rant about subjects close to my heart. So, I have a blog.

I have no idea really what shape this blog will take or even if I will make it public, but as I always have a fair amount to say on the subject of autism I strongly suspect that this will crop up a few times!

As for being a “just good enough mum” I think if you saw the usual state of chaos in our house you would agree that I am barely making the grade as a housewife (I do so HATE that description by the way) and with five children maybe “Just good enough” is in fact pretty darn good.

So, that’s me off and running. Perhaps that should read stumbling, my first tentative steps on the blogging ladder. I might never get up higher than the first rung but I am feeling the fear and doing it anyway.
